Train the freeze
On a stage the body raises its guard and the voice tightens. I work on breath, voice and intent until your delivery holds when that response arrives.
Rehearse under real conditions
Structured run-throughs with direct feedback on delivery, cadence and presence, run in conditions that match your room, including the questions you'll face.

I'm Matt. I began as a consultant to the British Army, training soldiers and officers in communication, and I have since worked with chief executives, fintech and exchange leaders, doctors and award-winning authors.
My strength is translation. I have spent years inside web3, AI and fintech, where the language is dense and the audience is sceptical, so I know how to turn complex material into delivery that people can follow and remember.
Today I host live shows every week across a wide range of topics. Hundreds of AMAs and thousands of hours on Spaces, coaching and performing mean every session is built on live rooms with unscripted questions.
How I price
I price packages, not hours. Each coaching session is one hour and focuses on what you want to work on and how you want to change it. Your fee is confirmed after your free assessment.
One session
A single one-hour session on one piece of material, such as an opening, a pitch or the questions you will face.

Prepare
Five sessions to build the script, train your delivery and rehearse, built backwards from your date.

Programme
Ten sessions for leaders who speak regularly to boards, investors, media and live audiences.

Teams and groups
Half or full days for leadership teams or groups of speakers.
